Robinson of England have provided me with some outstanding pieces for both home and abroad. They are made to an absolutely amazing standard and look great in either a contemporary English home or (in our case) a traditional French living space!! David's team have an incredible eye for detail that cannot be under estimated. Anybody looking for a piece that will give the finish touch any decerning home owner is looking for....look no further!!!

Over the years I've had 4 sofas and 2 chairs from Robinsons. David really knows his stuff and provided us with exactly what we wanted for a very reasonable price, given the quality of the goods. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from him again.

I have used this nail bar for six years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Admittedly it can be very busy which just shows how popular it is. I have only used one other nail/beauty salon in Wallsend when this salon was closed for a holiday and the results were awful, lost 3 nails in 2 days whilst on holiday and the nail varnish didn't cover the complete nail.

I come here every month for my nails and brows. The premises is very clean, the staff are really friendly and go out their way to help. I am really happy with the results I get and always do their own interpretation on photos I show them. A job well done ladies

Ive been using this salon since it opened 5 years ago and its the best out around. They are always up to date with new treatments and the girls who carry them out are at the top of their game.

Since finding out about Euro Car Parts a few years ago, It has been my first point of call when I need part for cars. The prices here are very good. You'll be shocked at how much you save over say Halfords or a local garage. They sell almost everything for your car... parts, lubricants, waxes, care products, tools etc... The website allows you to check for car parts simply by putting in your car registration. Their website will tell you which branch has the parts and allows a click and collect service Staff know their stuff, and are really helpful with advice and general tips.

Always worth checking the website for discount codes and ordering to pick up. Found this very helpful with the price;)

Best place to go for all VW parts. Very well stocked. Good deals on service packs. Usually oil on offer. Helpful staff. Just give them your registration number and you'll get the correct parts required. Ample parking right outside the doors.

I have been struggling to install a stereo in my Smart roadster. There's little room for working, the 12v Live was missing, the radio didn't work and the subwoofer remote line wasn't sturdy. They fixed this for me quickly and it was less than £40. Can't believe how simple they made this look. Thanks - it made my day.

So Many reviews full of negative comments. I'm only 13 and I want to become a Police Officer. They do so much for us, yet people treat them like trash. I couldn't fault this garage one bit. We went in just browsing, no pushy salesmen. Gary came out asked if we were okay and then left us too it. See we were pondering around 1 car then came to check on us again and got us the keys, we looked at the car then ended up going for a test drive. We part exchanged our car and they did everything they could to ensure we were given the best deal possible! They kept us fully updated on everything that was happening from start to end and even with a courtesy email ensuring everything was ok. We then recommended friend who purchased a car from them and they gave us a £50 cheque for the referral. Couldn't fault the garage one bit, very informative, trustworthy business to deal with! Highly recommended.

Just purchased a gorgeous Volvo XC60 from these guys. Didn’t feel like a pushy car sales environment at all. Was very relaxed and friendly. Chris served me and we chatted about my needs. He was very helpful with suggestions, didn’t push my budget or try any tacky sales technique. There was no pressure to buy. I did fall in love with my car as soon as a saw it but needed to be sure before I committed. I took a day to get sorted and then paid my deposit. Every step of the purchase was simple and easy; I cannot recommend enough. Have already recommended to friends and family!

Warm friendly welcome is what you get when you visit Lookers Benfield Road the guy I seen was Richard and he was brilliant he got me the best price on my car which I was trading in he explained the option plans which were available to me if I wish to take them he went through all paper work and explained everything I felt at ease and relaxed which was nice it's a big thing buying a new car everyone was nice and easy to talk to I would recommend any looking for new car to give these guys a chance and I'm sure you won't be disappointed I wasn't they're so helpful . Just want to send a massive thank you to Michael the forecourt cleaner for his help today. He seen that I was struggling with a flat tyre as my car doesn't carry a spare and was my first flat tyre. He went out of his way to help me get my tyre fit to drive home I was stranded in a area I didn't know and with a dying phone I was very upset and on the verge of tears. I really hope that his bosses at the petrol station see this and are able to let him know I made it home safe thanks to his help and pass on my thanks once again he's a credit to them and deserves the to be acknowledged for this. Went for LPG gas (1st time using LPG) the staff were very helpful in showing how the pump worked (pump 1) very good experience . Clean well stocked shop friendly staff. Recommended. LPG 58.9p ltr.

Went to the photo department because I wanted to sent some photos to Australia off my i-phone. The machine was playing up and was being temperamental and as I am an OAP and not up on technology was having great difficulty! Fortunately I had a great lady by the name of Denise to help me get the photos! In between customers she was back and forwards,even holding the lead at the back of the machine at times to make sure I got my photos! Well done Denise !I could not have got my photos without you!

Quite a good variety of food and drink and also products for the home there is also some clothing . I wouldn't​ say it was that cheap in the store but you get certain items at a good price.

Took my bike in for an MOT, had heard good reviews about this place. Easy to find...Big Yellow shop front, you can spot it a mile off. It's a small place but, don't let that put you off. Had a nice chat with the mechanic, really friendly guy (knows his stuff). Highly recommended, definitely going back here. Great staff, quick turnaround, overall good experience at this place.

Visited this pharmacy on the off chance, for the first time, with a prescription. Explained to me that I should be taking my two strengths of the same medication at separate times of the day as it could cause damage to kidneys and liver. Never been given this information by any of the pharmacy staff at the pharmacies visited on previous occasions. I have taken the advice offered and now take my medication appropriately and as a result will continue to have my prescriptions dispensed at Willington Quay Pharmacy who I know I can trust. Thank you immensely for your excellent service and sound advice.

Absolutely love this store and the customer service is great as well. Although I've been finding it difficult lately to find just plain v neck tops( yep big boobed women need v neck not this high neck style that's in that makes us look bigger than what we are) in majority of shops , the jeans are great and the shoes especially the variety of wide foot keep me going back. It's a great stop if your looking for something new for a night out , cause lets face it its not a night out if you've not got at least a new pair of earings and the home ware range is lovely ,treated my teenage daughter to this stuff for her room and it looks great.

Well stocked store ample parking available.. Costa inside the store. My only concern I have, at the time I visited the store we were kept waiting at customer service far too long, the staff kept calling for assistance and it took some time for additional staff to attend. When we did get service the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lou was fantastic. Travelled from Darlington to buy a table which when we got there we found to be damaged. She went the extra mile and organised for the table on display in the window to be swapped over for us. Thank you Lou much appreciated.

Excellent food hall. Great men's dept. Never hassled but always have staff on hand if you need help. Best of all it is never over-crowded. And parking is free! My favourite M&S even though it's further away than the branch in the town centre.

Convenient, easy free parking. Well run store with wonderful staff for whom nothing is too much trouble. Christmas time food collections make this Silverlink M&S store really attractive and convenient - no trudging into Newcastle and paying carpark fees. Love this store - shop at least once a week for food, household and clothes.

We were helped a couple to times to find thing by a lovely lady who looked like she may of been a manager. Great work and customer service by her. I have marked the store down because of the service at the cafe. My wife stood there and no one come to serve her until she rang the bell then a young lad came from the back and really looked like he could not be bothered to even be there . It was like he was dragging his feet in despair at having to do some work . what sort of service needs to be looked at as it does not create a good impression at all and in my own experience of working in retail every customer should be treated as if they are the best and first customer of the day and you should always appear happy to see them and serve them

Outstanding and very helpful A credit to the area....

Superstore with good range of stock. Often difficult to find some items and can be hard to locate staff to seek directions. Stock typically dirty, covered in black "dust". Queues for checkouts typically slow, with staff on tills reduced and self checkouts problematic. Could be so much better and efficient with more staff. I now prefer to use Screwfix or Toolstation where pricing is typically better.

Brilliant shop its not that big but has just about everything you need for diy i have bought a lot of different thing's i needed over many years and have never been disappointed with the goods.staff are so helpful they really go out of thier way.

Great store and service. And the staff are very experienced and full of advice and knowledge on whatever you are intending to buy. They always point you in the right direction on whichever device/product is best suited to your needs. Even if it means showing you an alternative item that may not be as expensive as the item you had in mind. They DO put their customers first unlike many other companies that focus on selling customers the most expensive products as making a profit is their goal and not the customers needs.

Always have decent products on offer at okay prices and plenty of sales assistants around who are all extremely knowledgeable. I always dislike coming into Currys PC world though as I always feel I'm being pounced upon. You are asked several times do you need help I'm happy browsing by myself and approaching a staff member if I want more information

I'm giving this a 5 star ⭐️ I used to live in hebburn and now live in London I rang the shop today about 4PM. Customer service was fantastic, They new exactly what a wanted. I ordered 2 bunches of flowers 🌺 for birthday presents to be delivered today. Yes it was a bit late in the day as a had been on night shift. Nothing was a problem at all. No matter what time it was , Next thing I new I had a phone calls of the people who I sent them to in less than an hr to say how beautiful and stunning there bouquet of flowers actually we're and asked we're I got them from, How amazing is that. I am so so happy as got my fingers burnt using moonpig. A lovely pet shop which is always well stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful. The animals that are for sale always look clean and well cared for. Good car parking outside of the shop.

Fantastic service by Keith and his team they were great. I worked all day and they just got on with the job and if I had any issues I could always text or ring. My garden looks great and would deffo recommend and if I get any loose paving slabs I just need to call him and will come and sort it. Really reasonably priced I had 10 other quotes and decided to go with Keith. Really good job on my garden.

Was quoted for a job by Keith and was much less than others so I went for him and i am so glad I did, garden looks fab, his team of lads were quick and tidy! Would recommend to anyone wanting someone friendly, cheap and reliable! Thanks Keith, just in time for the heatwave!

After only having bought tiles at B&Q I was amazed at the great range here, and they are laid out so well too that it is easy to see what they are going to look like in your own home and also get ideas for what works. Great service too - friendly and they even brought them out to my car. Easy to find and easy parking right outside.

I was just browsing in the shop, they seem to have some nice goods. However people who cannot afford to shop around may buy goods from them and pay weekly for their goods. By the time they have paid for their goods they have paid way over the top.

I cannot thank Julie enough. I live in Norfolk and wanted a couple of cakes made ASAP and delivered in Newcastle right in the busiest part of the city.... Not only were the cakes beautiful to look at, they got complimented on how light the sponge was and how lovely they tasted. The delivery needed 2 people because of parking restrictions meant 1 person needed to stay in the car while the other dashed in and out.... So nice to see a company putting in such a great customer service and making me look good.

Went today to purchase a tv unit to match rest of lounge furniture. Bought a very well made unit, that was extremely good value for money compared to other stores. Also purchased quite a few items that was good value for money. Unit was heavy, but a sales assistant offered to put in car for me. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Would definately recommend a visit.

The prices shown do not include VAT so don't forget your final bill will jump up at the till. Still offers great deals.
